 Most of us must be having house maids at home. Have you ever imagined how much they get paid every month collectively not less than 15 thousand , some may get paid more than 25 thousand also. It's a good thing. This helps people to get their lifes stable. Now imagine how much a teacher is getting paid on an average . It is around 10 thousand Rupees.  Some teacher are working at 5 thousand per month .  I had to straight away compare these two situations because this is what is going on. My friend had been to an interview for the post of lecturer in Polytechnic college in Nagpur , Maharashtra. The owner of the college came by Mercedes and he interviewed me all he was bothered was how much salary she would want?. As she  said 18 thousand he said in sarcastic way "18 thousand chahiye kya? Bahar baitho." Then he interviewed one more girl  she had her family in another town. They were offering her 12 thousand per month. She said how am I going to manage Rent itself w...

 These days everybody on the internet is talking about financial independence. How soon can we quit the job, what corpus do we need to be financially independent and so and so. But this financial independence is for a man not a woman. Men considering they have to fulfill their family needs should have 'x' amount of money. But what if a man is getting rich and his wife and children are still poor their financial needs are not being fulfilled? No body on the internet is talking about financial independence or security of women.     Men has to do around 30 years of job or may be 20 years of job day in and day out to be financially independent. Is it possible for a woman who is in marriage,having family responsibilities and having non supportive in-laws and husband to achieve financial independence? 

 These days it is a common scene to see 10-15 dogs moving around in a group on the road . This is happening in every city of the country. Sometimes I dogs more than people on the road. Whom are we paying road tax for?  There have been many incidents where dog biting has caused people to die or people end up to the ICU. Why these cases has raised from earlier times. Where other countries are working towards Rabies free country, why we are doing reverse of it? Mexico is a completely Rabies free country. European countries have gotten control over it is why can't we.  People who has good amount of money everyday come and feedback such dogs, to show gratitude towards these animals . But what about the people who are loosing their loved ones because of these dogs. Feeding such dogs wrong food is also increasing the tendency of dogs to bite. If people has lots of money why don't they help such dogs get vaccinated. Municipal corporation has made separate place for dogs to live, ...

 In most of the houses men are the breadwinner and also men take charge of financial decision. Women are not let to even talk in this. If men are that smart financially how come there are many men in the world who are broke. If women are not that financially how come there are many women who are millionaires. It's just the difference of thinking.  Women are more careful for their children's financial security women can take financial decision with research and justice for their family if not for the company.  Men are many a times emotional fools. When it comes to their friends they say "bhai ke liye kuch bhi" and they believe their friend blind folded. Many a times men gets betrayed because of their friends and known people. So be rational finance and be held by any one give them the chance , give them the chance to learn.

 We have seen from our childhood women cooking all the time. Men not allowed to enter the kitchen or its not considered very smart for men to cook, unless if they are wearing a chef's hat.  This had put the load of kitchen all upon the women. But have u ever noticed cook needs lot of physical strength and patience. Patience women have in ample but strength sometimes fall short, when women are menstruating , women have given birth to a child. Little help from men can help a lot for women . Atleast this way family will be able to have healthy clean dinner everyday. Why don't men think it in this way that they are contributing to the health of the family.  I would want to share my experience here after my child birth I used to feel very weak.
